Breathing

All of our body is breathing, our cells, heart and organs. The Baby's breathing is free and regular. That is the correct way of breathing.

First, let me tell you the benefits of breathing calmly and deeply: Your capacity will improve. Therefore you will have more energy during the day. Also, your blood has enough oxygen to feed your body cells. Your cells are benefitting from good breathing. We not only breathe through the noise but also through all of our skin pores.

Life experiences make us breathe shallow, which can cause health problems. If you are breathing unconscious and shallow, you get tired very quickly. It also affects your body, your memory and your skin. What is the definition of unconscious shallow breathing? That is short chest breathing, which does not fill up the lungs. Therefore, it is essential to learn to breathe calmly and deeply. I can tell you that it is not an easy thing to do! It took me one year and a half to learn this.

Shallow breathing can cause physical weakness, weak memory and your thinking ability is poor. And most important, your ageing process is going faster.

Therefore, it is of the essence to learn to breathe calmly and deeply. I can tell you that it is not an easy thing to do!

Good breathing means more flexibility. You are feeding your physical body so it can function naturally. As a result, you become alert mentally and physically. If you have problems with your digestion, this will be past tense if you breathe deeply into your belly, which is a massage for your organs. Also, after a strenuous effort or sports training, you will recover faster through a good breathing cycle.

Last but not least, good breathing also results in an increased tolerance threshold. You can understand and see reality much more clearly. Remember to stay calm by taking deep breaths. When you're stressed or upset, your breathing may become shallow and rapid, but consciously taking deep breaths can help you stay calm and composed.

What a great way to achieve more mentally and physically to benefit from good deep breathing. Start with five minutes every morning and evening to breathe deeply. Breathe in through the noise through the belly. Hold for 4 seconds and breathe out slowly in 4 seconds.
