How my journey began
Hello guest, I hope you enjoy your time on my website and enjoy what you read.
I hope that I can help you with how I cope with life after burnout. My website, Healthy4U, can hopefully give you the tools that will help you get your life back on track.
My name is Shireen. I was born in Europe in the beautiful capital of the Netherlands. I lived in South America and the Caribbean. I immersed myself in the vibrant cultures, tasted exotic flavours, and connected with people from all walks of life. These experiences enriched my life and understanding of human diversity and fueled my passion for healing.
My fascination with holistic healing led me to delve into the ancient practice of Reiki. My compassionate nature and intuitive abilities made me a natural healer.
But life took an unexpected turn when I was on the brink of exhaustion. The relentless demands of modern life had drained me physically, mentally, and emotionally. Burnout settled like a heavy fog, clouding my once-vibrant spirit. I felt disconnected, and my energy reserve was low.
I started writing how I felt and how my days passed by. I became interested in Massage and started my training as a massage therapist. I realized that it was never quite in my head. It took me a long time to find that peace.
My quest for understanding the human mind and behaviour led me to become a Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. I delved into the intricacies of language patterns, subconscious programming, and personal transformation. I believe our internal dialogue shapes our reality and toward positive change.
My journey took me onto stages as an inspirational speaker. My signature phrase—“Embrace your inner light; it’s your greatest power”—resonates deeply with listeners.
Healing isn’t just about physical ailments; it’s about aligning mind, body, and spirit. My journey inspires me to embrace my paths with courage and grace.
Another fascinating detail in my life is my passive income through Affiliate Marketing. Work smart, not hard, they say, so I did.
With Love, Shireen - #Healthy4U
